X Projectors sells and rents projectors across Pakistan, and before the store existed every single enquiry was handled by hand on social media. The same questions arrived daily about brightness, resolution, throw distance, rental terms and price, and each one consumed the owner's time whether or not it ended in a sale. The site was built to answer those questions once, in public, at scale.
The catalogue is the centre of the build. Products are grouped into categories, and each product has its own page with clear specifications, honest photography and a straight price. That specification detail is doing double duty: it removes the back and forth from the sale, and it gives search engines the specific technical terms buyers actually type when they compare models.
Sales and rentals were treated as two different buying journeys rather than one product list with a note attached. A buyer wants specification and warranty; a renter wants availability, duration, deposit and delivery. Separating the language for each avoids the confusion that made manual enquiries slow in the first place.
Ordering runs through WhatsApp by design, not as a compromise. In this market a buyer spending real money on electronics wants a human to confirm the details before paying, so each product page sends a pre filled message identifying the exact model. The owner receives a specific enquiry instead of a bare hello, which shortens the conversation dramatically.
Speed was a hard requirement because product images are heavy and much of the traffic arrives from paid campaigns on mobile data. Images are compressed and lazy loaded, and the layout stays stable while loading so nothing jumps under the visitor's thumb. The result is a professional store presence that supports both direct sales and paid campaigns, while cutting the manual enquiry load significantly.
Outcome
A professional store presence supporting both direct sales and paid campaigns.
