A cash on delivery store in Pakistan lives or dies on two numbers: how many ad clicks turn into confirmed orders, and how many of those orders are actually accepted at the door. RajaKart sells trending consumer products nationwide, and the store was built specifically to improve both, not just to look good in a screenshot.

Everything above the fold is product first. A featured product hero carries the current offer with a clear price, the saving, and the single next step. Paid traffic arrives with a specific product in mind and almost no patience, so nothing decorative was allowed to sit between the click and the buy button.

Trust is the harder half of cash on delivery, because the buyer has been disappointed before by pages that look identical to this one. The store answers that with visible delivery information, honest product photography rather than borrowed images, clear returns and contact details, and a WhatsApp support route that reaches a real person. A buyer who can ask one question before ordering is far more likely to accept the parcel when it arrives, which is the number that actually decides whether the store is profitable.

The checkout was reduced to the minimum a courier genuinely needs: name, phone, address, and confirmation. Every removed field measurably increases completed orders on mobile, and for a COD store the phone number matters more than an email address that will never be used.

The catalogue is organised so campaigns can be pointed at a single product page or a category without rebuilding anything, and the whole store is dark, high contrast and offer driven so a promotion reads instantly on a phone in daylight. The result is a storefront built for paid ad traffic, where the layout, the trust signals and the checkout all work towards confirmed orders rather than browsing.

Outcome

A conversion-ready store built for paid ad traffic.
