The UK used car market is unforgiving online. A buyer comparing dealerships opens six tabs, and any site that looks dated is closed within seconds regardless of the stock behind it. Izzy Motors, based in London, needed a website that could sit beside far larger dealerships without looking like the smaller operation.

Presentation therefore came first. A refined, dark accented design with confident typography and generous space around vehicle photography gives the inventory room to look valuable. Cheap looking layouts make good cars look cheap, and in this trade the perceived quality of the website transfers directly to the perceived quality of the forecourt.

The structure follows how car buyers actually behave. Inventory highlights appear early so a visitor immediately sees the kind of vehicles stocked, the workshop side of the business is presented as a reason to trust the dealership rather than as a separate service, and trust points such as history, standards and aftercare are placed where a buyer starts weighing risk. Buyers rarely commit to a car online; they commit to visiting a dealer they believe is legitimate.

Contact routes were kept deliberately direct. UK buyers move fast on a specific vehicle, so click to call and WhatsApp are always within reach instead of a long enquiry form that competes with the next tab. The realistic goal of the site is a phone call or a message about one car, and every page is built towards that single outcome.

Mobile carries most of this traffic, often in short bursts while the buyer is out looking at other cars, so the layout, image loading and button sizing were all tuned for a phone first. The outcome is a dealership website that stands beside stronger UK competition and turns interest in a specific vehicle into a direct conversation.

Outcome

A dealership website that stands beside stronger UK competition.
