What is EcomBuilder (ECOM Builder Pakistan)?

EcomBuilder, also known as ECOM Builder Pakistan, is a web development agency based in Lalamusa, Pakistan, founded by Abubakar. It is not a drag and drop website builder software. The team designs and builds custom business websites and ecommerce stores for clients in Pakistan, the UK and the US, with hosting included and no monthly platform fees.

How long does a website take to complete?

Most websites take between 3 and 14 days depending on the number of pages and content readiness. You receive a clear timeline before the project starts.

Is the website mobile-friendly?

Yes. Every website is designed mobile-first and tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile before launch.

Are domain and hosting included?

Yes. Hosting is included with every package, and a domain is included when you choose a .shop, .store, or .online address. If you want a .com, .pk, or another extension, that domain is paid for separately or provided by you. The domain is registered in your name, and renewals after the first year are paid by you directly to the provider.

Can I update my website later?

Yes. We hand over a structure that is easy to update, and we also offer ongoing Website Maintenance & Support if you prefer to leave updates to us.

Who provides the website content?

You provide the core content such as your services, images, and brand information. We help structure it and suggest improvements where needed.

How many revisions are included?

Every package includes a set number of revision rounds. The exact number is listed on each package.

What happens after the website is launched?

You receive a launch checklist, a walkthrough, and a support window during which we fix any launch issues.

Do you provide website maintenance?

Yes. We offer a dedicated Website Maintenance & Support service for ongoing updates and fixes.

How does the payment process work?

Projects typically use a milestone-based payment schedule. Exact terms are shared with your quotation before the project starts.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. Our Website Redesign service rebuilds outdated sites into modern, mobile-friendly, conversion-ready websites.

Do you build online stores or only business websites?

Both. We build custom online stores with an owner dashboard for products, prices, stock, and orders, and we build service-based business websites where the goal is enquiries rather than checkout. If you are unsure which fits, we look at how your customers actually buy and recommend the simpler option.

Will I have to pay a monthly platform subscription?

No. Your store is built as a website you own, so there is no monthly platform plan and no per-feature app charges. The only recurring costs are your domain and hosting renewals, which are paid directly to the provider in your own name.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. We have delivered websites for clients in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Europe alongside our Pakistani clients. Work is handled over WhatsApp and email, with agreed check-in points so time zones never stall the project.

Is SEO included in the build?

On-page basics are included in every build: unique page titles and descriptions, clean heading structure, structured data, fast mobile loading, and a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console at launch. Ongoing SEO work such as content publishing and link building is a separate engagement.

Who owns the website and the files?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and you keep access to the dashboard. Nothing is held hostage if you decide to move to another developer later.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, your service or product list with prices, any photos you want used, and a short note on which competitor sites you like. If a piece is missing we can start with placeholders and swap it in before launch.

Can you connect a payment gateway?

Yes. For Pakistani stores we set up bank transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa instructions alongside WhatsApp and cash-on-delivery ordering. For overseas stores we set up a card gateway in your own merchant account.
